We recently used Frosties for two split system installs and couldn’t be happier. From the start Ellis was efficient, reliable and incredibly helpful- even coming out a second time to go through the finer details with me. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Competitive pricing and amazing service. We were so happy with the service that we recommended Frosties to my parents, who have since had split systems installed and were equally impressed. Highly recommend! ~ Megan K
100% recommend Ellis and Gryf from Frosties Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning! We came across Frosties completely by chance when Ellis picked something up from our house. The bright blue van with its fun Frosties signage caught my eye, and his friendly introduction, big smile and easy conversation made a great first impression. I asked about air conditioning, and Ellis happily took a look, explained our options and suggested where the units could go. He gave us a ballpark price there and then, and a week later, we had two air conditioners installed at a fantastic price! Brothers Ellis and Gryf own and run Frosties, and their personal approach and care really show. They did exactly what they promised and were punctual, reliable and efficient, with excellent communication from start to finish. Both were a pleasure to have around, with plenty of good humour along the way. We’re absolutely delighted with our air conditioners. Thank you both for making the whole process so easy and helping us to finally tick this off our house to-do list. Outdoor kitchen next! 😉 ~ Little W
I’ve never met a more reliable, efficient and better communicator Tradie in my life, Ellis and his team have gone above and beyond for me and my place of work when last minute issues arise. I couldn’t have used or sourced a better team for any of our needs in a big hospitality venue, I’d 100% use him for anything at home if it ever arises. Not to mention, just good friendly guys with positive attitudes and a willingness to get the job done. ~ Ruth C
